Courier-held packages

If for any reason your package was held or discarded by the courier delivering your order, please contact us. Include full details and we will get in touch with our logistics partner for a status update right away. Once we receive confirmation about the status of your package(s), we will provide you with options for your order. If you received documentation from the courier, please include it in your message to us to expedite the confirmation process.

Canceled Orders

If for any reason you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Order cancellation requests received and confirmed by our Customer Support team prior to order shipment are eligible for a full refund, including shipping fees.

Shipping fees are non-refundable if the order cancellation request is received after the order has shipped. The standard return process outlined below will apply to receive a refund for the purchased product.

Returns

Our products are guaranteed for quality and performance. In the event you are not completely satisfied with the quality and performance of our product, please contact us to begin the return process. Product must be in original packaging.

Returned items must be shipped back to us along with the purchase receipt within 30 days from the date of purchase. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Once the returned product is received at our facilities, we will process a full refund of the customer’s cost of the product to the original form of payment. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
