This plastic-free, recyclable, compostable scoop uses paper from sustainably managed forests. It is moisture resistant, taste-free, and long lasting. Thanks to its smooth finish, it is perfect for use in gelato and is more pleasing than wood alternatives. It is also highly space efficient. To scoop, simply bend to touch the dots, and for serving and eating, hold open (flat).
